Origins

Every journey starts with curiosity—and mine hasn't stopped.

My Journey

My background in game design, psychology, and leadership development taught me one thing: change happens when people feel part of something bigger.

I didn’t start in behavioral science. I began as a game designer—crafting experiences that engaged millions of players. Games taught me how to design systems where people choose to participate, not because they have to, but because it’s intrinsically rewarding.

From Games to Organizations

Eventually, I realized the same principles that make games engaging could transform how organizations function. Both are systems designed to shape behavior. Both succeed when they align with human psychology rather than fighting against it.

This insight led me to study psychology formally, then to apply those learnings in organizational contexts. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors, work with remarkable teams, and make enough mistakes to know what doesn’t work.

Every Journey Starts with Curiosity

What drives me today is the same curiosity that led me into game design: How do we create experiences that bring out the best in people? How do we build systems that make good choices feel natural? How do we design for long-term thriving, not just short-term compliance?

These questions keep me learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible when we combine behavioral science with thoughtful design.
